Overall Property - Very good and well maintained. Nice upscale presentation of the lobby and public spaces. Room - The rooms were spacious. Comfortable beds. Great water pressure. Very good A/C. Good wifi. Service and Staff - Excellent. Very friendly and welcoming. Attentive. Location - Very convenient location. Direct access to the mall (without having to get in the heat). Most every service was a short walk away. Restaurants, shopping, laundry, spa. Not fancy, upscale gallerias; but meets all needs and comforts. Safety - Very safe. Security officers are everywhere managing traffic, pedestrians, and have a good presence in the neighborhood at all hours.

As a parent, I did not have to worry about forgetting to bring certain things that we might need because the hotel's location was in the middle of everything. Bonus that it is connected to the mall, super love that. The rooms were nice and comfortable, the hotel staff were really friendly and proactive.

Basement 2 parking is available for hotel guests at section 202-203 if I remember correctly. It has elevator access to go up to the lobby and rooms. The community is quiet and one feels safe walking around.
